my Co-Host, started a Live Radio Talk Show that covers the many issues we all face when coping with the many faces of pain. I
have now added different Co-Host to the show whom you will surely enjoy as much as I do.

On April 1st, 2009 I was blessed to be interviewed by a very
special lady named Lourdes. She is a Master International Law Of Attraction Coach and an incredible woman.
I was honored with being able to speak with Cara Mirabella of The Household Helper website. Cara is such an amazing person!
She works from home with her 2 year old son by her side. Cara owns and operates The Household Helper website, The Household
Helper Podcasts, Blogs, Cara's Cafe and is a Co-Host on The Moms Morning Show, which is where she and I met.
Before I ever spoke with Cara, I would hear her on The Moms Morning Show and I would hear this incredible laugh.
I didn't know to which person it belonged because there are several Co-Hosts on there. So when I first spoke with Cara on
the phone and she laughed, I knew instantly I was going to get along with this lady. Her laugh, along with her personality
is truly something special!! Cara is the type of person we all what to call friend, and I am glad I have been given the opportunity
to be able to do just that!!
She had called me to ask if I would allow her to interview me for her podcast in response to an email she had received from
one of her readers.
This lady is 60 years old, with Arthritis, and Lupus and unable to keep up with the household duties like she use to. Her
husband who is 77 years old use to help her, but his health is failing now as well. So Cara and I had a great talk where I
gave some things that help me out, and hopefully they will help not only this particular lady, but everyone as well.
